Wallace, Montgomery & Associates, LLP (hereafter referred to as WM&A) is organized as a Limited Liability Partnership with James O. Montgomery, Stuart B. Taub, Frank S. Waesche III, and Antonio A. Mawry as active Partners, and John Wallace and Ernest Rehmeyer as Partners Emeritus. The firm was founded in 1975 as James R. Duffy and Associates and has operated continuously since that time. In 1980, the name was changed to Duffy, Montgomery & Associates. In 1985, the firm was reorganized under the name of Wallace, Montgomery & Associates. In 2001, we became certified as a Limited Liability Partnership.
