DESIGN-BUILD WM&A has a unique background in Design-Build. We have served as an agent of the Owner – developing bid documents for DB Teams. We have served as an agent of the Contractor – providing final design through construction. We have provided training on a national level on the processes, advantages and disadvantages of Design-Build and provided independent reviews of DB projects. No matter our role, we always bring a value-added to the project delivery.
