WM&A's office is conveniently located in Towson, directly on the Baltimore Beltway at Exit 26 (MD 45 York Road). At this prime location commuting time for our employees is typically 30 minutes less each way than to downtown offices. Employees that reside in the City enjoy an easy “reverse commute,” against the flow of AM and PM rush hour traffic.

WM&A employees also enjoy a limited “flex-time” schedule. Employees may begin or end their work day, earlier or later than regular work hours to accommodate their own lifestyle. This permits employees to avoid one of the rush hours, accommodate child care arrangements, or participate in other non-work activities. During the months of June, July and August, WM&A employees have the option of working “summer hours,” with alternating Fridays off.
