Our pre-TS&L submissions provide viable alternatives to support selection of superstructure. Our TS&L submissions provide sufficient detail to achieve concurrence on structure type, size and location. As we advance design through the Foundation and Structural Final Submission, we assure that our designs are integrated with the civil, highway and environmental features.
