Employment Opportunities

Wallace Montgomery recognizes that we’re only as good as our people; our elite teams have made us one of the most respected firms in the industry.

We’re always looking for talented people who want to join a firm that values personal and professional development, that cares about our  employees and their families. Our ideal candidate is  self-motivated, accepts challenges, takes pride in their accomplishments, and has a defined career path. If above and beyond is just your starting point, then you belong on our Team.

WM offers competitive wages and excellent benefits. Our company culture values kindness, openness, and collegiality—and our efforts haven’t gone unnoticed: We were one of the Baltimore Sun Media Group’s Top Work Places in 2016.  We want our Team members to  feel like they’re earning more than just a pay check, but a chance to rise to the tops of their professions without sacrificing their quality of life. We offer numerous in-house training sessions, sponsor a 100 percent reimbursed educational assistance program, and support our employees’ involvement in various professional organizations.

Even beyond our compensation and benefits packages, there are perks to working at Wallace Montgomery. Our headquarters is conveniently located in Baltimore County, directly off the Jones Falls Expressway at Exit 17 (Padonia Road/York Road). This prime location bypasses the downtown gridlock, and it’s close to many stores and eateries—making it possible to run errands (and grab a great meal) on your lunch break. Our employees who live in Baltimore City enjoy an easy “reverse commute,” against the flow of AM and PM rush hour traffic. As our business has grown, and we have diversified our clients, we have expanded to satellite offices in Vienna, Virginia; Mechanicsburg, PA; Dover, Delaware; and Newark, Delaware.

We know that life doesn’t always follow a rigid 9-5 schedule, so we offer a limited “flex-time” schedule that lets employees begin and end their work day on a schedule that accommodates their own lifestyle.
