Wallace Montgomery awarded the 2014 Excellence in Concrete Award from the American Concrete Institute in recognition of creative use of concrete for the I-595 Concrete Overlay project undertaken for the Maryland State Highway Administration. WM was the Structural Engineer working with Concrete General, Inc.
