Experience includes stormwater management evaluation and design in support of transportation projects, and direct water quality enhancement efforts for MS4 compliance and TMDL projects.
Technical expertise includes complex floodplain modeling, structure hydraulics, and geomorphologic assessments, completed through traditional design-bid-build, design-build, and full-delivery contracting mechanisms.
