WM (in a Joint Venture with Century Engineering) awarded a six-year, $7M contract with SHA to perform engineering design, support & construction management services, statewide. The WM Team was ranked #1 out of fourteen shortlisted firms. Our Team will be responsible for performing Phase IV through Phase V Project Development services–in preliminary and final engineering design, and construction management for transportation-related facilities. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Maryland State Highway Administration’s Office of Highway Design.
