Ridgell Recognized by VTCA

Virginia Tech Civil and Environmental Engineering Alumni recognized at 2023 Alumni Awards Ceremony.

The Charles E. Via, Jr. Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the CEE Alumni Board formally initiated the Alumni Achievement Awards program in 1998 as a means of honoring both younger alumni and those who have graduated from the department years ago.

Five outstanding young alumni were also recognized. Those recipients are Ashly Cabas of Cary, North Carolina; Adam Phillips of Pullman, Washington; Jessie Ponce de Leon of Washington, D.C.; Robert Ridgell of Warrenton, Virginia; and Erin Rooney of Metairie, Louisiana.

All of the alumni award recipients were recognized at a banquet at the Inn at Virginia Tech on March 23, 2023.    Congratulations to Robert and all of the other recipients!
