Ted Foglietta Joins WM’s Planning Department

Wallace Montgomery is proud to welcome Theodore (Ted) Foglietta as our new Associate Vice President of Planning!

With over 36 years of experience, Ted brings a wealth of knowledge in delivering planning solutions for state agencies and municipal governments. His expertise spans the development of Comprehensive Plans, master plans, Planning and Environment Linkages (PEL) studies, socioeconomic and environmental documentation, and the management of Transportation Planning Studies, Area/Sub-area Studies, and Multi-Modal Transportation Projects.

A certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Ted holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning and Affairs. His deep understanding of the planning landscape and proven leadership make him a valuable addition to our team.
