Robert Ridgell, PE, DBIA, CCM, ENV SP – Promoted to Senior Vice President

Since joining Wallace Montgomery in 2022, Robert Ridgell has helped accelerate the growth of our Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) group, particularly in Virginia, by pairing decisive leadership with a deep commitment to client service and project quality.

Robert brings almost two decades of progressive experience delivering complex transportation programs, including leadership roles on major design‑build/P3 initiatives and regional mega projects. He is recognized for advancing quality standards and partnering practices across the industry, and he’s been honored among the nation’s “Top 40 Under 40” construction professionals as well as by his alma mater for professional achievement.

As Senior Vice President, Robert will focus on strengthening client partnerships, mentoring future leaders, and scaling CMI best practices across our Mid‑Atlantic footprint, continuing to champion safe, on‑schedule, and high‑quality delivery for our clients and communities.
