Brian Noll, PE Recieves ACEC/MD Community Service Award

Wallace Montgomery is proud to celebrate Brian Noll, PE, Senior Project Manager, on receiving the 2026 ACEC/MD Community Service Award.

This award recognizes individuals whose professional skills, leadership, and volunteer efforts have made a meaningful impact on their communities. Brian was honored for his years of commitment to service, including his support of STEM outreach programs, school science fairs, Special Olympics events, roadside cleanups, and volunteering at a local soup kitchen. He has been recognized for service on his church council and for leading a Men’s Spiritual Group.

ACEC/MD evaluates recipients based on sustained community involvement, demonstrated public leadership, and engagement in local, county, and/or state government. Brian exemplifies these qualities. He actively works with state and federal representatives to advocate for Veterans and caregivers of individuals with disabilities and the elderly. He has served as Chairperson of an Environmental Advisory Council focused on preserving open space and agricultural land, and he leads WM’s annual Food Bank Donation Drive through our Community Service Committee.
