Wallace Montgomery is proud to share that the Replacement of Three Bridges at MD 151 (Sparrows Point Blvd)/MD 151B (Wharf Road) Interchange Project received the ACEC/MD 2026 Engineering Excellence Merit Award.

Supporting the ongoing revitalization of Sparrows Point by Tradepoint Atlantic, this project replaced three aging 1950’s-era bridges to enhance safety, resiliency, and connectivity with a rapidly expanding logistics hub.

Wallace Montgomery served as Lead Designer, delivering preliminary and final design, environmental coordination, bridge and highway design, MOT, and construction phase support.
