Jake Barben Receives Making Waves Award from SHA!

Wallace Montgomery congratulates Jacob Barben, CEP, QP on being named a recipient of the Making Waves Award by Maryland State Highway Administration’s Office of Environmental Design (OED).

Jake’s work in environmental design and permitting has helped advance transportation projects across Maryland—reducing impacts, streamlining coordination, and keeping projects on track.
