John “JP” Privot Returns as Associate Vice President

We’re excited to welcome John “JP” Privot back to Wallace Montgomery as our Associate Vice President of Asset Management & Analytics

JP rejoins Wallace Montgomery (WM) with more than 11 years of experience in transportation asset management, GIS-enabled decision support, infrastructure performance management, and lifecycle investment planning. Most recently, JP served in the State Highway Administration (SHA), leading performance-based planning, long-range State of Good Repair (SGR) financial planning, and risk-informed investment strategies for Maryland’s transportation infrastructure.

Many of our clients may already know JP from his previous time at WM, where he supported infrastructure inspection, safety compliance, and asset management initiatives for agencies including the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), SHA, the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT), Howard County, and numerous local municipalities throughout the region.

As Associate Vice President of Asset Management & Analytics, JP will lead the growth of a practice that integrates geospatial technologies, asset management, business intelligence, and advanced data analytics to help clients make smarter, data-driven infrastructure decisions. By combining these disciplines into a unified approach, WM will help clients strengthen organizational capabilities, modernize asset management programs, improve infrastructure performance, and maximize the value of their infrastructure investments.
