Developed public transit service area boundaries for communities historically disenfranchised by infrastructure investment priorities. Identified opportunities to increase transit access to employment opportunities for these communities. Developed web mapping applications for public engagement; conducted analyses of demographic, transportation and economic data; and identified strategies for improved transit access.
