Providing statewide transportation planning and environmental services for various projects as part of an on-call contract. Services include transportation and transit planning; preliminary engineering; pedestrian/ADA evaluations; traffic operations, safety, toll, transit and feasibility studies; environmental technical reports; environmental impact, socio-economic, and analyses; and public involvement. Key services include: I-270 Monorail Feasibility Study; MD 5 Great Mills; I-695 Highway Noise Analysis; and On-Site Environmental Support Services.
