Delivered multimodal design and streetscape improvements along Third Street, creating safer, more accessible corridors for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, and motorists. Project applied Complete Streets and NACTO principles to transform three miles of non contiguous segments with upgraded pedestrian ramps, curb extensions, raised crossings, traffic signal improvements, green stormwater infrastructure, lighting, and transit enhancements. Provided full multidisciplinary services, including civil, traffic, pavement, environmental, surveying, and public outreach, to advance the City’s long term vision for a connected, walkable urban environment.
