Wallace Montgomery: CEAM Award

County Engineers Association of Maryland (CEAM) presented Wallace Montgomery with the 2012 Award of Merit for Large Project for the Cherry Hill Road Extension and New Bridge over the CSX Railroad. The Cherry Hill Road Extension and New Bridge Project was developed by Baltimore County Department of Public Works in order to span the CSX Railroad and Gwynns Falls while offering a direct route from Franklin Boulevard to Owings Mills Boulevard. Wallace Montgomery designed a roadway alignment for the bridge and approaches that were appropriate for the area and roadway classification.
