Wallace Montgomery (in a Joint Venture with Skelly and Loy, Inc.) awarded $6M Contract with SHA to undertake Environmental Design & Permitting Services, Statewide for a six year period. The Joint Venture will perform necessary services including, but not limited to, wetland delineations, large tree surveys, functional assessments, avoidance, minimization/mitigation reports, preparation of joint permit applications, habitat assessments, and designing mitigation for impacts to non-tidal and tidal wetlands and jurisdicational Waters of the US.
