Provided site design for improvements to Lexington Manor Passive Park, including walking and cycling paths, drainage improvements, and restrooms and parking. Formerly the site of segregated housing, the revitalized park now serves as a gathering place for the community. Grass swales and road diet/pavement reduction addressed stormwater management requirements. Prepared an erosion and sediment control plan, which was processed through the St. Mary’s County Soil Conservation District.
