Wallace Montgomery served as the Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) expert on the design team developing improvements for the interchange. Designed roadway drainage, post-construction stormwater management (PCSM), and erosion and sediment control. Provided peer review services and DDI design oversight throughout the project.
