Implemented tactical improvements to convert North Second Street from one-way to two-way operations. Developed quick-build and long-term solutions, based on Complete Streets principles, to convert auto-oriented uptown and midtown Harrisburg into a safer, more inviting area for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, and motorists.
