Planned and designed a multi-lane roundabout with a bypass lane to replace a complex asymmetrical signal-controlled intersection of Riverside Drive, Camden Avenue, Carroll Street and Mill Street. Design improved safety and operational efficiency and accommodates future traffic growth generated by new land uses and proposed development.
